Thank you for considering supporting The First Reformed Church of Nyack. For 175 years, this church has served the Nyack community spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
Did you know that in addition to being a source of comfort and inspiration, we also host several ongoing programs and organizations, such as 12-step groups, the Nyack Consultation Center, and Soup Angels which serves dinner to anyone who needs a meal, two evenings per week.
The previous church structure was replaced by the present brick church in 1901. As you can imagine, it’s a challenge maintaining a century old sanctuary and modernizing a heavily utilized facility in order to more effectively meet the needs of the Nyack community.
